I got kicked out of Corporate America. I didn't get fired. My dreams, goals, and growth evicted me. I reached a point where what the company desired and what I desired no longer converged. In truth, the two roads never did. But it was finally time to make a move. For good.

My dreams and hunger for growth superceded what they were willing or able to provide. I had to make a decision: will I stay or will I go? It was no longer a matter of should I stay or go. It was when will I go.

When was I going to leave to do what I needed to do. To do what God put on my heart to do. To do this, I had to leave.

There may be somewhere, something, or someone you need to leave. You already know it. Don't rationalize. Just go. Get kicked out.
