What happens next
1
Eric confirms your session date (within 24 hrs)
You’ll get an email with 2–3 available time slots. Pick the one that works best for your team and you’re locked in.
2
Send the assessment link to your team
Every participant needs to complete the free F.I.R.E. Score Assessment before the session. Eric will include the link in his confirmation email.
3
Show up ready to build
The session moves fast and goes deep. Come with your real questions — not your polished ones. That’s where the breakthrough happens.
4
Receive your 90-day roadmap same day
Your team leaves the session with a complete roadmap. Eric sends the written version with recording within 48 hours.
Before your session
Your pre-session checklist
Confirm your team size and send Eric the final participant count
Share the F.I.R.E. Assessment link with every participant (link in Eric’s email)
Collect all scores at least 48 hours before the session
Block 90 minutes — no phones, no half-attention
Come with one leadership challenge you haven’t been able to solve
For founders ready to go further
Some leaders don’t stop at one session

If your debrief surfaces something bigger — a culture issue, a team misalignment, a growth season that needs a real strategic partner — Eric works with a small number of founders on a monthly retainer basis. If that conversation makes sense after your session, just mention it. No pressure, no pitch deck. Just a real conversation about what it would take.
