Article 1: Scope of Application

These General Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites and digital platforms of Watts Leadership LLC. Any natural or legal person who places a validated order with Watts Leadership LLC via our secure payment platform, or by check or other accepted payment method, is considered a "Client" under these terms.

Article 1a: Age Restrictions

Age restrictions apply. Watts Leadership LLC only accepts clients who are 18 years of age or older for all products and services, including digital products, coaching sessions, workshops, and seminars. Our content addresses the responsibilities, challenges, and opportunities of professional leadership and business growth — topics that require a mature audience prepared to engage with and apply these principles.

We make reasonable efforts to restrict access to our platforms, products, and services to minors. Any subscriber or client found to be under the age of 18 will be promptly removed from our database and/or refunded, and any applicable product return will be required.

Article 2: Placing an Order

Any order placed through a platform or website belonging to Watts Leadership LLC constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. Please review these terms carefully before completing your purchase.

Article 3: Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise noted. Prices do not include any applicable shipping or processing fees for physical products. Watts Leadership LLC reserves the right to adjust prices at any time; however, the price applied to a confirmed order will be the price displayed at the time of that order.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of the order, including for pre-order and early-access products. Watts Leadership LLC accepts payment via major debit cards and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard). Cards issued by banks outside of the United States must be internationally enabled.

Secure online payment processing is handled through Stripe. All payment information is encrypted during transmission and is not accessible to Watts Leadership LLC or third parties. Security of the payment processing system is the sole responsibility of Stripe.

Article 5: Delivery

Digital products (courses, guides, assessments, recordings, and similar resources) are delivered electronically to the email address or account associated with your order. Please ensure all account information is accurate at the time of purchase.

For any physical products, delivery will be made to the address specified at checkout. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Client once the product has shipped. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, Watts Leadership LLC will work to resolve the issue through replacement or refund according to applicable warranty terms.

Article 6: Protection of Personal Data

Watts Leadership LLC is committed to protecting your personal information. By accepting these General Conditions of Sale, you acknowledge having read our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

By providing your email address on any of our platforms, you may receive communications including information, updates, and promotional offers related to Watts Leadership LLC products and services. You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data handling practices comply with applicable U.S. data protection laws and regulations.

Article 7: Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of most Watts Leadership LLC products and services, all sales are generally final. Refund requests for coaching sessions, workshops, or digital products must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Watts Leadership LLC reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion.

For live events and seminars, cancellation policies will be clearly communicated at the time of registration.
