Eric J. Watts, Sr. spent over 20 years in corporate America JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup doing what society said he should. Good pay. Six weeks of vacation. On paper, he was winning.
Inside, he was suffocating. He went back to school at night. Graduated with a 3.97 GPA. Was promised a six-figure role. And then watched them give his job to someone younger before HR even told him officially.
